Terms and conditions

Welcome ! Before your stay begins, please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions. 

Reservation and Check-In:

Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid credit card.

Check-in time is 4:00pm unless an earlier time is approved by management, and check-out time is 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in via email to management@sfvrstays.com. If you are reserving for guests other than yourself, please disclose that information and provide their IDs. If guests arrive that do not match the IDs provided you will be asked to leave without a refund. 

Payment and Incidentals:

Payment for your stay is due prioir to check-in. We accept major credit cards.

A hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals such as extra guests, extra beach equipment or damages. The amount of the hold is determined by the length of stay and may vary.

The hold for incidentals will be released upon check-out, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages. Any damages made to the unit will result in a $25,000. 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty.

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file.

Room Policies:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy.

Pets are allowed in guest rooms, they are not allowed in the pool. There i a designated grass erea for pets, please pick up after your pets, faliure to do so can amount in a charge on your account. A pet cleaning fee may apply.

Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.

Liability:

The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.

Guests are liable for any damages caused to the hotel property, including but not limited to furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.

Miscellaneous:

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Broward Sheriff's Office.
